She's usually also the first friendly voice an author hears from us — patient with questions, and somehow never tired of explaining the same comma rule twice. She writes poetry too, when she isn't hunting down stray commas.

Quietly one of the sharpest eyes on the team. If a typo is hiding anywhere in a 300-page manuscript, Zaynab finds it — and somehow makes the correction feel like a compliment instead of a criticism. She also handles formatting, so what you get back is typo-free and print-ready.

Moiz turns a rough manuscript into something you'd actually stop scrolling for. Covers, posters, launch visuals — he treats every one like it's the only thing standing between a great book and a reader who almost missed it — because it usually is.
